Mandatory training
Mandatory training-for all staff, regardless of contract type-is managed by the Risk Prevention and Protection Service and the Prevention of Corruption, Transparency and Privacy Unit.
To register for courses, it is necessary to use the FBK Academy platform.

FBK Academy
FBK Academy is a continuing education environment where people are not only recipients of training interventions, but also active participants in developing, updating and sharing skills and abilities. Researchers and technologists are able to pursue their professional and personal development through participation in the Talent Development Program.
Predictive index (PI) questionnaire
The PI is an online questionnaire typically proposed during the selection process. Its purpose is to explore candidates’ aptitudes, behavioral styles, and motivational needs in relation to the work environment.
