As an integral part of the People Innovation for Research Service, the Scholars & PhD Program Unit covers the entire educational supply chain, from secondary school to the highest levels of academic education.
The educational journey is organized into three main areas:
- FBK Junior: a long-standing commitment to high schools through internships (PCTO), prestigious summer camps such as WebValley, and annual research projects. The goal is to raise awareness among younger generations regarding the conscious use of technology and to guide their future vocational choices.
- Scholars – University Students (Internships and Theses) – Recent graduates: FBK hosts every year numerous students for curricular internships and thesis projects (Bachelor and Master levels) and recent graduates. Under the supervision of our researchers, candidates have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world technological and scientific challenges.
- FBK PhD Program: the Foundation hosts over 200 PhD candidates from more than 25 countries. As highlighted by the program’s mission, FBK offers an international research environment, ensuring a path of excellence supported by world-class experts and a global network of academic and industrial partners.
Do you want to activate a collaboration with a student from a high school or higher education?
Do you want to activate a partnership with university students, recent graduates or unemployed people?
- Selection: for support in the selection phase write to [email protected].
- The identified resource will need to inquire in advance with the department secretary, the Internship Office of their university or through the Employment Agency to find out if they fall into one of these categories and what procedures are required on the Promoting Entity side.
- Request: if you have already identified correct resource and type of collaboration, submit Scholar Request through the MyPortal app.
The Scholar Team will support you through the activation steps. The operator will send the FBK tutor and the resource a request for the data needed to complete the training project. The request should be sent well in advance so that the necessary administrative and legislative obligations can be fulfilled.
