Temporary Housing

The availability of temporary housing for those arriving in Trent for the first time is one of the support services offered by the Welcome Office.

These are 1-2 month bridging solutions to facilitate the move to Trent while waiting to independently seek a more long-term private housing solution.

Depending on availability, we provide:

• single rooms in shared, furnished and equipped apartments in central areas of the city (e.g., le Albere neighborhood and in Via Rosmini)
• single rooms with private bathrooms and shared common areas with other users at Opera Universitaria accommodation facilities (e.g., Studentato di San Bartolameo and Mayer)

Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation with a monthly amount between 390 and 485 euros to which the final cleaning fee of 40 euros must always be added.
