Supported employment

The Foundation enhances "diversity" with the inclusion of staff in fragile or disadvantaged conditions in compliance with Law 68/99 through agreements signed with the Trento Employment Agency for a gradual coverage of the compulsory quota with the employment of people with disabilities.

The Foundation promotes the inclusion of those resources with greater difficulties, appreciating the value of differences and protecting their right to benefit from fair and favorable working conditions, facilitates social dialogue and promotes employment opportunities as it considers diversity a resource. FBK activates tailored and targeted training for staff through individual programs to improve skills and bring out competencies with a view to balanced professional growth.
