Bonuses

Article 68 of the CCPL Foundations provides for the possibility of providing its staff with incentives linked to the overall performance of the Foundation and the achievement of individually defined objectives annually, as well as on the basis of the results achieved during the year and/or self-financing and/or the "third mission," defined in accordance with the methods and criteria identified in Articles 69 and 70 below.

For the staff of the Foundations

Article 68 of the CCPL Foundations provides for the possibility of providing its staff with incentives linked to the overall performance of the Foundation and the achievement of individually defined objectives annually, as well as on the basis of the results achieved during the year and/or self-financing and/or the "third mission," defined in accordance with the methods and criteria identified in Articles 69 and 70 below.

Specifically, Article 69 indicates the possibility of annually recognizing a productivity bonus to all employees, according to merit criteria and based on principles of transparency and publicity.

Article 70 identifies the opportunity to award the same staff with an additional bonus, called "Self-financing," linked to the ratio of revenues to expenditures that occurred in the relevant year. Individual disbursement arrangements are linked to criteria aimed at enhancing the staff's contribution to the achievement of the Foundations' overall objectives. These evaluations and determinations are defined by the trade unions that are signatories to the collective agreement in agreement with the Foundations in a special company agreement.

The disbursement of bonuses is arranged by June of the year following the reference year.

For PAT staff made available to the Foundation

All PAT staff made available to the Foundation may be given an annual bonus - FOREG - as provided for in the specific Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreements and related agreements.

In addition to these allowances, all PAT staff made available to the Foundation may also be granted an additional bonus, called "Self-Financing," linked to the ratio of revenues to expenditures that occurred in the relevant year and defined annually by specific decentralized agreement.
