The Foundation has long invested in organizational culture programs, promoting a sustainable work environment capable of generating positive economic, social environmental impact. In a "knowledge organization" such as ours, it becomes essential to adapt culture and behavior to bring value in and out of FBK.

With our accompanying management development and leadership development programs, and with powerful tools and methodologies such as behavioral assessments, individual and group coaching plans and mentoring programs, we want to accompany with quality and meaning the people who live and donate their time and energy every day to a greater purpose.

For FBK, this means scientific excellence and impact on society.

FBK decided to open 2024 with an inspirational talk on the topic of scientific leadership, dedicated to its staff.

In recent years, Fondazione Bruno Kessler has successfully initiated an internal leadership development program, focusing first and foremost on coordination and leadership roles. But an organization equipped with skills and knowledge, to best evolve and foresee change, can certainly act on diffuse leadership in order to bring out talent. Innovative organizations need diverse leadership to collaborate, integrate, build trust and agility – a goal that should be pursued and coached regardless of organizational role.
