The Foundation's Board of Directors unanimously approved at its January meeting the Gender Equality Plan 2022-2024 presented by the Human Resources Department. The document, in addition to fulfilling the new eligibility criterion dictated by European funding schemes, brings together a series of actions that the Foundation will implement over the next three years to promote full gender equality in the areas of recruitment, career development, decision-making bodies, institutional culture, and combating violence.
