When can I contact SIT?

The working hours of the Support unit are as follows: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Infrastructure unit is available 24x7x365 (after regular business hours for critical issues only).

The working hours of the Support Unit are as follows: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
The Infrastructure Unit is available 24/7/365 (after normal business hours for critical issues only).

How can I submit a help request?

Please submit an e-mail to [email protected] explaining as clearly as possible (also in the mail subject) your problem or your request.

We will determine the urgency and priority of operations based on the seriousness of the problem.

In case of disruption of critical services after regular business hours, you can request assistance by calling the Povo site concierge (0461 314444) that will alert the Infrastructure unit.
