FBK is proud to be the lead partner in the "Rete Interaziendale finalizzata allo sviluppo di servizi di welfare e wellbeing” recently established through an agreement that also involves the University of Trento, Fondazione Hub Innovazione Trentino, Kaleidoscopio s.c.s., and Azienda Pubblica di Servizi alla Persona Margherita Grazioli.

Spaces pilot project

Working and living in environments designed for well-being, productivity and socialization is an essential requirement for a company like FBK, which has always focused on innovation and the centrality of people. In a context transformed by the digital transition, agile work and a growing focus on sustainability, the Spaces pilot project was born: a path of listening, experimentation and co-design aimed at rethinking the use of work environments in a dynamic and functional key.

Agreement with Trentino Trasporti

The Foundation, in cooperation with Trentino Trasporti, offers employees with at least 11 months of contract a discount on city transportation passes.

Dispenser of hygienic-menstrual products

The Foundation decided to equip some bathrooms with hygienic-menstrual product dispensers.

Assistenza fiscale

La Fondazione, in collaborazione con ACLI, offre a tutto il personale dipendente e collaboratore un servizio di assistenza fiscale personalizzata per la compilazione dei modelli 730 e ICEF.

Confidential Counsellor

With the aim of preserving the principles of respect and inclusiveness in the workplace and enhancing initiatives geared toward supporting the individual, the Foundation employs the Confidential Counsellor.

Psychological Wellbeing Support Service

FBK@ease – SLC (Work-related stress)

At FBK, the work-related stress (SLC) assessment project, entitled FBK@ease, is ongoing.

Supplementary funds

Supplementary pension plans (Legislative Decree 252/2005) are forms of retirement provision that workers can choose to enroll in during their working lives in addition to the compulsory one.

Circolo FBK

FBK Circolo is a social promotion association and carries out, mainly, cultural, artistic, sports activities for the benefit of members and third parties. These initiatives will integrate and complement those provided by programs such as the Family Audit in the areas of wellness, work-life balance and cultural integration.
