Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 2016/679 the training on protection of personal data is mandatory for all staff members, regardless of the nature and duration of their contracts (therefore also for statutory bodies members, PhD, trainees, students, in- house consultants, affiliates, contract workers...).
We wish to point out that training is, first of all, an opportunity that those who process personal data on behalf of FBK cannot and should not miss, so that they are able to process those data in full cognition of the facts, appropriate knowledge and competence.
All staff members must sign up and take the mandatory online courses organized by the Corruption Prevention, Transparency and Privacy Unit within two months from the beginning of the activity in FBK.

Mandatory for all staff members

Mandatory for organizational structure Heads, only

Mandatory only for Research Divisions staff members who are administrators or wish to become administrators of a PC or laptop
Mandatory also for System Administrators.

Mandatory only for Research Divisions staff members who are administrators or wish to become administrators of a server.
