As part of our initiatives to promote gender equality and workplace wellbeing, we would like to highlight the free online programme “From Birth to Work”, organised by the Fondazione Franco Demarchi.
The programme aims to provide parents with practical tools to help them navigate family routines and better understand the rights and leave entitlements related to returning to work.
Promoting shared caregiving and raising awareness of the opportunities available to parents are concrete steps towards breaking down gender stereotypes and supporting a better balance between personal and professional life (work-life balance).
This commitment reflects the standards and actions promoted by the Family Audit and Gender Equality (UNI/PdR 125:2022) certifications, aimed at developing and strengthening a fair, inclusive working environment that supports a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
