The adherence to the "Family Audit" project promoted in 2009 by the Autonomous Province of Trento, has committed FBK to the development of a corporate culture and policy with a view to the reconciliation of family and work, sustainable respect for the environment, and enhancement of the specific and differentiated needs of FBK staff.
Since then, the Foundation has been committed to activating action plans aimed at improving internal work life balance and initiatingi various paths and projects for the care of work well-being.
In 2012 FBK achieved the Final Certificate and then joined the Family Audit certificate maintenance program confirmed in 2022 by the Agency for Social Cohesion of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
