In the meantime, in order to ensure effective and efficient management of personnel scheduling and related administrative tasks, the parties have decided to extend the Agreement's provisions on remote work until September 30, 2024.
Therefore, all teleworking staff are confirmed to be allowed to work remotely up to 5 working days per month during the period from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, or until their contract expires.
The ongoing commitment to the development of a dynamic, flexible and inclusive organization finds its expression in the Reciprocity Pact, which through a new way of conceiving the nature and purpose of the employment relationship, pays attention to both organizational and productive needs and the well-being of the individual.
Through the Individual Reciprocity Pact, intended as an individual and dynamic plan of action, subject to the approval of the Supervisor(s), Center Director or Service Head, and People Innovation for Research Service Head, it is also possible to request, in a reciprocity perspective, an increase in remote work days for reasons of work-life balance, sustainability, study/research, or in particular situations of fragility or psycho-physical limitation.
The provisions in Article 6 (Refreshments for non-teleworking employees) regarding non-teleworking personnel were also extended.
Starting from today, June 17th, all the teleworkable staff will find in the INAZ user portal "Documenti Personali" section, the individual Agile Work Agreement for the July 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024 period. The Agreement must be signed and submitted via the Microsoft form available at this link by July 31, 2024.
In addition, it is necessary to read the Information on Health and Safety in Agile Work pursuant to Article 22, Paragraph 1 of Law No. 81/2017 and strictly adhere to the provisions contained therein, which form an integral, substantial and inseparable part of this Individual Agreement.
