People Innovation for Research

Let’s become everything we can be

A unique journey

EXPERIENTIAL: A training program that allows you to explore and discover your potential through meaningful experiences.
PERSONAL: At the core of the program is the Personal Strategy, which enhances your skills but, above all, your talents, aspirations, and ambitions.
COLLECTIVE: The Talent Development Program is closely integrated with the Foundation’s initiatives and resources.

You are part of an extraordinary community—an infrastructure for your professional success.
A success that can make a real impact on the well-being of the society we live in.

Over the next two years, the program will be extended to all fixed-term staff, who will be progressively involved based on their accrued contractual seniority.

We are also in the process of reviewing and realigning the proposed process for PhD students.

2024 Pilot

In agreement with Centers’ Directors, the pilot starting in June 2024 includes a small group of participants to allow for testing and optimization of strategies and tools, ensuring that the program is scalable and adaptable in the future.

The initial group consists of:

  • 37th-cycle Ph.D. students
  • FBK technologist and researcher staff on fixed-term contracts as of 30/04/2024 who will potentially reach maximum fixed-term seniority by 31/05/2027 and who do not have an already defined trajectory (e.g., outgoing trajectory, Tenure Track in progress, ...)

After the 2024 pilot, the program will continue to evolve, incorporating feedback and expanding the scope of initiatives to include all research staff, technologists, and doctoral students.
