MIMEX - MICRO MARKET
Thanks to a collaboration between the FBK Club, Spindox Lab, and Coop Povo, members have the opportunity to use MIMEX, a small, fully digitized supermarket. The micro-market is located at the Povo headquarters on the second floor of the north building; you enter by scanning a QR code and pay with a credit card—there is no cash register and no barcode scanners. Inside, you’ll find products from the Povo Coop at the same prices, as well as items selected from local and non-local suppliers—such as organic eggs, taralli, and dried fruit—along with products from the Edera cooperative, with which the Circolo partners. The space, open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., was designed to meet new consumer needs and intelligently adapt to each customer’s shopping habits.
