As provided for in Article 4 of the "Provincial Collective Labor Agreement for the staff of Foundations under provincial law n. 14 dated August 2, 2005" (please see for further reference) the system of trade unions relations, while respecting the distinction of the roles and responsibilities of foundations and unions, is structured in a manner consistent with the objective of balancing the interest of the employees to improve working conditions and professional development with the need to increase and maintain high effectiveness and efficiency of Foundations. The sharing of the above goal implies the need for a system of labor relations based on correctness and transparency of the conduct of the parties, based on collective bargaining, information, joint planning and consultation, and directed towards the prevention of conflicts, also by means of appropriate bilateral procedures.
