FBK undertook a gender audit exercise to identify with an external perspective gender bias and asymmetries within the Foundation. IDEM "bronze" certification recognizes the path taken by FBK to promote equal opportunity, reduce gender asymmetries, and foster an inclusive work environment.
Achieving the certification represents a step towards gender balance as well as awareness of the initiatives to be implemented to fully achieve Gender Equality based on an evidence-driven approach supported by a robust measurement and monitoring process.
