FBK has signed the Carta delle Pari Opportunità (EU Diversity Charter): a voluntary
statement of intent to implement an inclusive organizational culture and policies and to
value people in all their diversity.
The document aims to define and implement equal opportunity policies starting from the
top, overcome gender stereotypes, raise awareness and train all levels of the organization,
monitor progress and evaluate the impact of practices, and provide concrete tools to
facilitate family-work balance.
