After the great success of the spring edition, which was won by Aston Silicon against Proton United (more details about the tournament here: FBK Spring2023 6+1 Soccer Tournament ), we thought we would try again.
The tournament, aimed mainly at FBK employees and contractors, will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays roughly from mid-September to the end of October, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the outdoor soccer field in San Dona'; it will be played in 6 plus goalkeeper.
Compared to last year's rules, in order to discourage matches with avalanches of goals, we will put a cap on goal difference.
Please note that a maximum of 2 outfielders are allowed but the majority of the team must be from FBK and at least the captain must be a member of the FBK Circle.
To register a team, send an email with the following data to gretter@fbk.eu by Sept. 10:
* team name
* captain (first name, last name, email)
* jersey color (in case of duplicates, whoever signs up first takes precedence)
* player (first name, last name, email)
* ...
Team registration closes strictly on September 10, but it will be possible to add players until the start of the tournament; the match schedule will be announced by September 15.
To encourage everyone's participation, we have set up a bulletin board where teams and players can report their availability.
The playful spirit of the tournament is strongly emphasized. The spirit of the FBK Circle is not to win at all costs, but to share moments in solidarity.
