Since 2009, the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) has participated in the Family Audit program of the Autonomous Province of Trento, promoting innovative corporate welfare policies that support work–life balance and the well-being of its staff.
The certification, obtained in 2012 and renewed every year until 2025 (marking the conclusion of the 5th consolidation cycle), demonstrates the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to creating a balanced, inclusive work environment attentive to the quality of life of its employees.
