Pietro Ferrazzi, PhD student in the NLP research group, has been selected as one of the 12 finalists in the Research section of Trentino Digital Bridge 2025, an initiative promoted by Confindustria Trentino in collaboration with HIT, with the aim of fostering links between the worlds of research and industry.
During the event, he presented his work on ”small” Large Language Models applied to the medical sector, demonstrating how efficient and lightweight LLMs can support real-world healthcare applications.
