FBK, nella nomina ricevuta, si è impegnata ad imporre ai Sub-responsabili gli stessi obblighi in materia di protezione dei dati contenuti nella nomina ricevuta, pertanto il presente template andrà adattato alla nomina ricevuta da FBK

  To be printed and signed in two copies: one will be filed by the researcher(s) informing the data subject and the other will remain with the data subject along with the full privacy policy.

In order for consent to constitue a valid legal basis for processing, it must be:

1. free: free of conditioning in its formation and in the relative determination of will

2. specific: each manifestation of will must refer to a single processing and above all must be related to a single purpose

3. informed: based on a correct and complete privacy policy

4. inequivocal: clearly manifested by express declaration or by positive active (pre-filled boxes/forms do no meet this requirement)

In case of processing of sensitive data (art. 9 GDPR), profiling and/or disclosure activities, consent must have an explicit form.
