With the unanimous approval of the latest Gender Equality Plan (GEP) 2025–2028 by the Board of Directors, the Foundation strengthens its commitment to a culture of equity. Presented by the Human Resources Service, the document not only responds to the new eligibility requirements for European funding but also outlines a three-year roadmap of concrete actions. The plan will address key areas: from recruitment to career development, from gender balance in decision-making bodies to the prevention of all forms of violence and discrimination.
