The new organizational work model in place at FBK since 07.01.2022 and renewed on 07.01.2023 has introduced a new instrument - the "Individual Reciprocity Pact" - i.e. the possibility of entering into a new supplementary agreement between the Foundation and the employee, through which to strengthen a relationship that is more attentive to both the Foundation's mission and the needs of the individual, with particular regard to Welfare, Training and the Incentive System. The pact enables the employee to achieve new goals in terms of professional growth and organizational development.
