Corporate Assets Department

The Corporate Assets Department of the Bruno Kessler Foundation manages 38,636 square meters of laboratories, offices, libraries and scientific infrastructures.

It serves a large community made up of researchers, doctoral students, visiting scholars and doctoral candidates, affiliates, interns, in addition to administrative staff, hosting in its offices and on its platforms a lively ecosystem of co-located entities, spin-offs, projects and training programs; for a total of over 1000 people.

The five FBK locations are divided as follows:

– Main offices – via Santa Croce – Trento 3,088 sq.m.
– Facility – Via Sommarive 18 – Povo 29,169 sq.m.
– Facility – via alla Cascata – Povo 3,959 sq.m.
– ECT* Center offices – Villa Tambosi 1,986 sq.m.
– IRVAPP Center offices 434 sq.m.

The Corporate Assets Department is made up of three units:

– Corporate assets management (Gestione Patrimoniale)
– Maintenance department (Manutenzione)
– Design (Progettazione)

The main functions are:

within the CASSR (Research support divisions), Fondazione Bruno Kessler’s Corporate Assets Department oversees the Foundation’s property and its value, taking care of the construction development, the connection between the construction, maintenance, insurance and logistical aspects of the buildings and their contents.
