Establishment of a “room of silence” in FBK: your opinion matters

Segreteria generale

The coexistence in FBK of people with different cultures, habits, religious affiliations, and beliefs represents a fundamental resource to be recognized and valued.

The TESEO team, a project of the Center for Religious Studies, in collaboration with Human Resources and Assets Services, is analyzing the possible establishment in FBK of a "room of silence," or a space that could become a meeting place for reflection, meditation or prayer within an open and inclusive work environment.

To support FBK's ongoing reflection on possible ways to set up such a space and to provide valuable input regarding the survey, all Foundation staff must provide their opinion by responding to the questionnaire no later than Monday, October 16, 2023, the closing date for completion. The discussion is also open on FBK Ideas.

Thank you for your attention and participation
