In stages of transformation, aspects of discontinuity often concur alongside opportunities, which need to be met with new and unforeseen solutions. Awareness of a common purpose and the creation of an enabling environment for change can facilitate these transitions over time.
Within the framework of the Roles and New Organizational Model project, a number of team-building events aimed at BES, DCGE, Procurement and Contracts Services (Pilot 2) were proposed in June 2021. Colleagues and colleagues participated in a half-day training session at the impressive Villa Tambosi, ECT* headquarters, with the aim of strengthening team spirit and experiencing interaction in cross-functional groups.
Under the guidance of trainer Emanuela Chemolli, the groups "put their hands in the dough" with practical simulations, shared small relational sessions and told their own success stories in the Foundation; all accompanied by the artistic gaze of cartoonist Flavio Rosati who translated the stories through live sketching.
