Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that, given the succession of holidays coinciding with Christmas, having assessed the organizational and productive needs and weighed the advantages in terms of wellbeing and also with regard to the operational management costs of the services provided by the Foundation (light, heating, cleaning, canteen, etc.), having consulted with the operators concerned, and having seen the clearance of the trade unions, all the Foundation's offices will be closed from Wednesday, December 25 to Sunday, December 29. We would like to clarify that smartworking is not an option during the closed days, and all staff members will therefore be automatically counted a day off for Fraiday, December 27. All Foundation offices will reopen regularly on Monday, December 30.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that from December 23 to January 6, the FBK canteen will anticipate closing at 1 p.m. and the FBK Bar will be open from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Both services will resume regularly starting Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
The following units will also experience some changes:
- Environment, Health and Safety: will not be available on December 31
- FBK Digital: from December 27 to December 31 will be reachable only for emergencies at [email protected]
- Prevention of Corruption, Transparency and Privacy: support will not be guaranteed from December 23 to January 6 except in urgent cases.
- Warehouse: on December 23 will be open only from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. due to inventory
- Library: loan service will observe reduced hours on December 24 (8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m.) and on December 31 (8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.).
