The Psychological Wellbeing Support Service was created as a listening and support space dedicated to the individual and work-related wellbeing of the entire FBK community.
It is a safe and confidential place where people can share thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment grounded in empathy and professionalism.
The service offers an opportunity to regain balance and wellbeing, explore new perspectives, and approach personal and professional experiences with greater awareness.
It represents a chance to engage in dialogue, reflect, and start a growth journey aimed at developing tools and skills to face moments of difficulty or change, both at work and in personal life.

Objectives
