Access to buildings

All Foundation offices have the following opening hours. Access outside opening hours may be allowed for justified reasons of necessity and in the manner reported.

Opening hours of FBK offices

Access to the premises for the performance of work activities is permitted during the following hours:

 Via Sommarive, 18:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Via alla Cascata:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Via delle Tabarelle, 286; Vicolo Dalla Piccola, 12; and Piazza Manifattura, 1:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Via Santa Croce, 77:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Procedure for after-hours access in the Povo office

All FBK offices have the following opening hours:

Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

For the office at Via Sommarive, it is provided that access outside the opening hours may be allowed for justified reasons of necessity and in accordance with the procedures outlined in the "Procedure for out-of-hours access at the Povo office, Via Sommarive 18" by requesting authorization through the form https://my.fbk.eu/requests/accessofuoriorario

Transponder

The transponder is a small device with a telepass-like operation that facilitates access to the parking lot at the Sommarive offices by automatically opening the barrier.

In order to apply for the transponder, it is necessary to have access to the parking lot (employee and co. staff).

Operationally:

  • send an e-mail to [email protected] indicating the license plate of your car
  • wait for a response from the Security and Prevention Unit
  • pay the deposit (15€) to the Administration Service
  • collect the transponder and place it on the front window of the car (left side)

When you return the transponder the deposit will be returned.
