L’aggiornamento continuo del modello organizzativo ed operativo della Fondazione è prossimamente chiamato a misurarsi su almeno due importanti passaggi.
Il primo di questi due passaggi consiste nel rinnovo dell’incarico di quei Direttori di Centro in scadenza che intendono proseguire nel loro mandato e cioè: Silvio Ranise per il Centro Cyber Security, Alessandro Cimatti per il Centro Digital Industry, Stefano Forti per il Centro Health and Wellbeing, Stefano Merler per il Centro Health Emergencies e Luigi Crema per il Centro Sustainable Energy.
Il secondo passaggio consiste invece nella selezione per il reclutamento del Direttore o della Direttrice del Centro Digital Society e del Direttore o della Direttrice del nuovo Centro Augmented Intelligence; un Centro, quest’ultimo, la cui istituzione rientra nella strategia del nuovo Piano di mandato della Fondazione a cui, su iniziativa del Presidente Ferruccio Resta, stanno lavorando Consiglio di Amministrazione, Comitato di Direzione e coordinamento e Segreteria Generale.
Le fasi dei processi relativi al rinnovo dell’incarico delle direzioni in scadenza e alla selezione delle figure per le direzioni dei Centri Digital Society e Augmented Intelligence, così come in passato, verranno puntualmente documentate e partecipate a tutta la comunità scientifica e al personale della Fondazione.
A corroborare l’aggiornamento continuo del modello organizzativo e operativo della Fondazione concorrerà inoltre l’evoluzione del relativo sistema amministrativo e di supporto alla ricerca che procederà parallelamente al processo di certificazione della gestione della qualità e della sicurezza delle informazioni.

To the attention of all staff
The constant updating of the Foundation's organizational and operational model is soon to face at least two important steps.
The first of these two steps consists of renewing the appointment of those Center Directors whose term of office is expiring and who intend to continue in their mandate, namely: Silvio Ranise for the Cyber Security Center, Alessandro Cimatti for the Digital Industry Center, Stefano Forti for the Health and Wellbeing Center, Stefano Merler for the Health Emergencies Center, and Luigi Crema for the Sustainable Energy Center.
The second step, on the other hand, consists of the selection for the recruitment of the Director of the Digital Society Center and the Director for the new Augmented Intelligence Center; the establishment of the latter Center is part of the strategy of the Foundation's new Mandate Plan on which, at the initiative of President Ferruccio Resta, the Board of Directors, the Management and Coordination Committee and the Secretary General's Office are working.
As in past occasions, the stages of the processes related to the renewal of office of the Directors with expiring terms as well as the selection of Directors for the Digital Society and Augmented Intelligence Centers, will be thoroughly documented and shared with the entire scientific community and Foundation staff.
The constant updating of the Foundation's organizational and operational model will be ensured by the evolution of the related administrative and research support system, which will proceed alongside the quality management and information security certification process.
